Camila Dickson

I’m so excited to begin my worship residency at The Well Austin in Austin, TX, where I’ll be learning about worship ministry and working closely with my worship pastor, Frank, to support and grow the worship program. There’s such a deep need for women leaders in the church who can help others experience God’s love and presence through worship, and I feel incredibly blessed to step into this role. This ministry feels like such a beautiful calling on my life, and I can’t wait to grow in it.

The residency focuses on three core areas: Vocational Discernment – Gaining clarity on God’s calling for full-time ministry Theological Development – Deepening my spiritual and theological foundation Practical Experience – Building hands-on leadership experience in worship ministry

During my two years within the program, I’ll be immersed in daily Bible study, worship leading, and spiritual formation, all while living in community with fellow residents. Our hope is that this program will create kingdom impact in whatever capacity the Lord leads me in to after residency is over!

Worship has always been my heart's way of connecting with God, a place where I can express my love and gratitude for all He’s done in my life. Through worship, I’ve experienced His peace, joy, and overwhelming love, and my desire is to share that with others. My heart is to create a space where people can encounter God’s love deeply and feel His presence in a real and personal way. I can’t wait to walk alongside others in their own journey of worship and help them find the same healing, joy, and transformation that I’ve found in His presence.
